The development of a management system that not only provides a 3D view of the energy performance of key elements for improving urban energy efficiency, but also allows for the analysis of its evolution over time (4D) and performance monitoring of returns on public and private investments (5D).

WTG'S OBJECTIVES

  • A comprehensive knowledge of energy efficiency in housing in a given city and its evolution over time.
  • An understanding of the success of past investments.
  • To manage more efficient future investments in rehabilitation.
  • To improve the energy efficiency of cities as well as the comfort and quality of life of their citizens.

WTG'S ROLE

  • Development of a Big Data platform for the acquisition, storage and integration of information.
  • Development of the exploitation layer of the analysed data.
  • Provide WeSave as a solution for real-time energy monitoring in buildings.

The project

MIRE 3D se propone mejorar la eficiencia energética urbana a través de la visualización en 3D del comportamiento energético, la seguimiento de su evolución en el tiempo y la evaluación del rendimiento de las inversiones.

Consorcio: Ferrovial Agroman, Wellness TechGroup, Indra, Treelogic.

OBJETIVOS DE WTG

  • Conocimiento exhaustivo en términos de eficiencia energética de la situación real, y su evolución en el tiempo, del parque de viviendas de una ciudad.
  • Conocer el nivel de éxito de las inversiones ya realizadas.
  • Plantear posibles actuaciones de rehabilitación de forma mucho más eficiente en el futuro.
  • Mejorar la eficiencia energética de las ciudades y el confort y la calidad de vida de sus ciudadanos.

ROL DE WTG

  • Desarrollo de la plataforma BigData para la adquisición, almacenamiento e integración de información.
  • Desarrollo de la capa de explotación de los datos analizados.
  • Proporcionar la solución WeSave para la monitorización energética en tiempo real en edificios.
