This year’s Smart City Expo World Congress (SCEWC) will take place in Barcelona, Spain from November 19 – 21. The ninth edition of this internationally renowned Smart Cities event draws companies, entrepreneurs, governments and experts from around the world to share their visions and projects for the intelligent transformation and sustainable development of cities. The main topics of SCEWC 2019 are: Digital Transformation, Urban Environment, Mobility, Governance and Finance, and Inclusive and Sharing Cities.
During the three-day event, Wellness TechGroup will present its solutions, case studies and technological innovations at stand #F673, Hall 2 of the Gran Via Venue.

Wellness TechGroup will host two sessions at its stand: “Cybersecurity & Privacy for Smart Cities”, in which Ismael Morales, Technical Cybersecurity Manager, will simulate the effects of a cyberattack on a city in real time; and “Make your Smart project a reality with the WTG model”, in which César Yllera, Strategic Projects Manager, will address the opportunities for innovation and integration of Smart solutions through public procurement. In addition, the company will also participate in the Brokerage Event which provides an opportunity for attendees to connect with new and potential partners through B2B meetings.
Australian LoRaWAN network carrier NNNCo, with which Wellness TechGroup recently partnered, will be attending to the event and hosting a session on WTG’s stand about the two companies’ integrated street lighting solution and the benefits of an open carrier-grade LoRaWAN network as the foundation to building the world’s smartest cities.
Furthermore, Wellness TechGroup will be showcasing its diverse range of IoT products, the company’s latest technological innovations and recent integrations with LoRaWAN network servers and alliances which enable worldwide Smart City deployments.
